On-site Home Care requires all care providers to undergo a minimum of 8 hours of continued education every 12 months, and more frequently if necessary. In addition to the continuation of education, quarterly on-site skills evaluations will be conducted to ensure certain policies are being followed, services are being delivered safely and respectably, and to ensure clients' needs are being met on a day-to-day basis.
Our company's Registered Nurse(s) supervise all care providers and extend skilled oversight to services being provided to our clients, ensuring care providers serve the client safely and effectively. |
All of our providers are employees of the agency, licensed or certified, and strategically chosen to be among our staff of professionals.
Company administrators, directors, onsite managers, and direct access employees are required to undergo and provide a satisfactory live-scan background check, which captures images of the fingerprint and demographic data to assist in the determination of one's eligibility for employment. |
On-site home care and it's providers commit to always acting well within the scope of our practice and in fairness and good taste as we strive to go above and beyond to provide exceptional care service to our community.
